Clinical Nurse Coordinator MS Surgical Specialty
Join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the MS Surgical Specialty unit at HCA Health
ONE Swedish in Englewood, CO. You will collaborate with the director, lead the nursing team, and ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care during your shift.
The CNC ensures and delivers high quality, patient‑centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, serve as a resource person for staff, and model the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support outstanding patient experience and clinical outcomes.
What You Should Expect to Do- Collaborate with the Director to provide leadership and conduct fiscal, human resource, and operational functions.
- Actively participate in department and hospital strategic planning and implement new programs and services.
- Maintain an effective competency and staff development program.
- Handle day‑to‑day operations such as processing payroll, managing department expenses, participating on hospital committees, processing employee evaluations, and resolving personnel issues.
- Assist in maintaining a departmental staffing plan that meets customer needs and responds to changing census.
- Ensure an appropriate skill mix and staffing levels in accordance with volume demands.
- Create a positive environment and lead by example, holding staff accountable for compassionate, professional, and communicative behaviors and attitudes.
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse License or valid compact license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or actively pursuing completion within 3 years of hire.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience.
- Two years progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $40.15–$58.58 per hour. $15,000 sign‑on bonus available to eligible new hires. We are interviewing applicants today.
