Nurse Practitioner – Hormone & Wellness Clinic

Location: Greenwood Village, CO.

Schedule: Full-Time M-F no weekends, 8-5

Compensation: Competitive base salary $150K-$200K

We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about wellness medicine. You’ll perform consultations, review labs, design personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for patients on hormone replacement, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and lifestyle optimization programs.

• Conduct comprehensive new patient consultations for both men and women
• Review lab results and develop tailored treatment protocols (including HRT, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, supplements, and nutrition/lifestyle support)
• Conduct hormone pellet procedures
• Conduct platelet rich plasma joint injections
• Educate patients about treatment options, expectations, and long‑term health goals
• Monitor patient progress and make data‑driven adjustments to care plans
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation in EMR

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Colorado or Multi‑State Licensure
• Current DEA license
• Background or strong interest in hormone therapy and wellness medicine
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• A genuine passion for empowering patients to achieve their best health
