Schedule:

Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio; 20-bed unit
Highlights:
Orthopedic Medical Surgical unit with a diverse patient population including elective orthopedic and trauma patients
Collaborative team environment with dedicated nursing staff focused on quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience
5-patient assignment supporting independent practice and clinical excellence
EMR system:
Meditech
Seasonal travel assignment with immediate start date
Night shift support team includes charge nurse and experienced RN staff
Requirements:
Active RN license in good standing
Demonstrated ability to independently manage 5-patient assignment
Previous experience in surgical unit settings required
Proficiency in dressing changes and aspiration procedures
Pain management experience preferred
Orthopedic nursing experience strongly preferred
