Description:

Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting. Assists in the evaluation, planning, implementation, and documentation of patient care. Works effectively with individuals across various age groups, including adolescents and adults. Patient-to-nurse ratios are approximately 1:12 for certain units and 1:10 for others, ensuring quality care. Experience in behavioral health, medical, or dual diagnosis preferred. Knowledge of CIWA and COWS is advantageous.

A professional demeanor is expected at all times. The average length of stay for patients is typically 7-10 days, focusing on acute stabilization. Candidates should be prepared for call or text in case of staffing needs. Required background checks and fingerprinting are mandatory before starting.
