Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing in patients' homes in Colorado. This 13-week field-based contract includes travel to patient homes with mileage reimbursement and a typical schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities include OASIS assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and coordination with therapists, social workers, and aides. Must have BSN and 1+ year home health experience; HCHB/OASIS familiarity required.
