Responsibilities- Training and support including mentorship programs, sales training, marketing support, and access to industry‑leading tools and resources.
- Options for both full‑time and part‑time agents.
- Responsible for negotiating offers on behalf of your clients.
- Able to effectively communicate with buyers, sellers, and other agents, and be skilled at finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- You'll need to have a valid Colorado Real Estate license.
- Ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth.
- Self‑motivated and disciplined, and be comfortable with managing your own schedule and workload.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
- Able to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously, and be willing to put in the effort to build and grow your business.
- Effectively communicate with clients, other agents, and other professionals in the industry, and be able to build relationships and network to generate new business.
- This is a commission‑based income position.
