Responsibilities
  • Training and support including mentorship programs, sales training, marketing support, and access to industry‑leading tools and resources.
  • Options for both full‑time and part‑time agents.
  • Responsible for negotiating offers on behalf of your clients.
  • Able to effectively communicate with buyers, sellers, and other agents, and be skilled at finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Qualifications
  • You'll need to have a valid Colorado Real Estate license.
  • Ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth.
  • Self‑motivated and disciplined, and be comfortable with managing your own schedule and workload.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  • Able to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously, and be willing to put in the effort to build and grow your business.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, other agents, and other professionals in the industry, and be able to build relationships and network to generate new business.
  • This is a commission‑based income position.
