• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize lead generation and prospecting scripts.
• Call through leads in our database and convert inbound and outbound sales inquiries to appointments.
• Qualify leads for motivation and financial aspects to real estate agents.
• Manage the database and productivity reports.
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice.
• Become a real estate local expert.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and partner calls.
• Track activities and clients using PLACE technology.

• Excellent rapport building and enthusiasm for working with people.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional telephone skills.
• Experience tracking sales to a quota.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts.
• Team player mindset.
• Real estate license preferred.
