As a Cook you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to Outback’s quality specifications, while maintaining safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout your shift.

• Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas Day to spend time with family & friends.

• Responsible for the preparation of food items, ensuring each item is cooked to specification.
• Work in a well‑designed kitchen with large working areas; positions include Line Cook in Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, Make‑Up, and Kitchen Prep Cooks.
• Maintain equipment and the cleanliness of your surroundings.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
• Practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
• Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral; ability to adjust focus.
