• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is tailored to customer preference.
• Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, and recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards.
• Check orders for accuracy and review orders with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction.
• Team player; assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
• For all California based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
