Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, ensuring high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.

Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with time & temperature standards.

Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.

Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.

Strive to exceed guest expectations.

Be a team player, maintaining respectful relationships with management and colleagues.

Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.

Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.

Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.

Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.

Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.

Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.

Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
