• Lead and manage crew shifts to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan, monitor, and take action to meet quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability targets.
• Communicate key shift information to the next Shift Manager.
• Support departmental goals and meet shift‑specific targets.

• 18 years or older.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Preferred previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
