Job Summary

Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP guidelines. Interact with customers and employees in a friendly, courteous manner.

Full‑time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

$20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

• Prior barista, catering, and stocking experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Greets customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
