Job Summary:The Call Center/E-Commerce Associate (Outbound Sales) will work directly with the E-Commerce Manager to manage and enhance online product presentation. Attention to detail is essential to ensure product specs are accurately represented online, improving the customer shopping experience. Additionally, associates will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, meeting monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities include:- Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Following communication scripts and using product knowledge to assist customers
- Identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and providing solutions
- Managing calls throughout the request lifecycle, including follow-ups
- Suggesting system and process improvements
- Processing outbound sales from platforms like , Gearfire, Gunbroker, etc.
- Coordinating with in-store management for product availability
- Communicating shipping needs to store Admin
- Responding to inquiries via email, website, text, and transfer mailbox
- Maintaining accurate records in the call-center database
- Inputting sales orders, layaways, and special orders
- Achieving sales and call metrics
- Building positive customer relationships and upselling when appropriate
- High School Diploma
- At least 6 months of e-commerce or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Process-driven and self-motivated
- Customer service oriented
- Critical thinking and flexibility
- Team player and tech-savvy
- Basic computer skills

This is a full-time position requiring evenings and weekends, based in Greenwood Village. Reliable transportation and background check required. Pay is hourly plus commissions, based on experience.
