Job Description

The Denver District Headquarters of Farmers Insurance is looking for a full-time insurance sales associate. This role consists of calling potential clients and offering the best insurance package based on their needs. In addition to an annual salary, our sales associates will be compensated with an uncapped commission of $30K to $60K or more annually
. There is an opportunity for advancement and growth.

Salary Information:

  • $4,000.00 Agent Sign-On Bonus
  • Uncapped Commissions (may go to $60,000.00 or more annually)
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Optimistic, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Good work ethic
  • Sales experience (preferred) with a successful track record in meeting sales goals
  • Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses (Do not worry-- if you do not have these, we will help you get them!)
Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting and acquiring new customers
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Recommending a complete insurance policy options for new, existing and potential customers
  • Reaching sales goals
  • Delivering market-appropriate products and services
  • Building customer relationships
  • Responding to queries regarding customer's insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, forwarding, claim filing, and claim clarification

Our district will provide the training, support, and wealth of resources you will need to succeed in this role. You will learn more about Farmers’ insurance products, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
