American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager based in Seattle, WA (reporting to our Zone 5 office in Englewood/Centennial, CO). You will serve as the strategic business consultant to 10-11 Honda/Acura dealerships, driving parts sales and elevating fixed operations profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with dealership principals, service directors, and parts managers to achieve sales objectives.
- Drive customer retention and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance across assigned dealerships.
- Guide dealers in implementing Express/Accelerated Service initiatives to reduce customer oil change wait times.
- Grow retail parts and accessory sales and increase Customer Pay Repair Order (CPRO) revenue.
- Facilitate dealership advisor and technician training program completions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of automotive wholesale or retail dealership parts and service management experience.
- Thorough understanding of OEM warranty policies, dealership financial statements, and fixed operations.
- Proven consultative sales ability, customer relations skills, and business planning expertise.
- Clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently and relocate in the future.
