HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Plumbline Services is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team of creative and energetic employees, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service daily. The Service Technician diagnoses all aspects of HVAC systems, provides customers with options and pricing, orders parts, completes installations, collects payment, and ensures quality work meets local and national codes. The role also mentors HVAC Maintenance Technicians.
Compensation: $65,000 to $200,000.

- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, compressors, ductless mini-splits, and hydronic boilers.
- Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
- Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and other records.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and correction of diverse HVAC system issues.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment.
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
