Plumbline Services is seeking talented, hands-on HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Our Technicians perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Use hand and power tools for inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC components
- Build client relationships through excellent communication and customer service
- Educate clients on system maintenance and improvements
- Document services and recommendations accurately
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 0-2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting
- Mechanical aptitude
- EPA and/or RMGA certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Results-driven with attention to detail
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
