Lead Carpenter - Commercial Construction
Location:
Denver Metro area (projects in Mead and Colorado Springs). Job Type: Full-Time.
We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team on commercial construction projects. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with the Foreman, supporting all phases of new build projects. You’ll wear tools, assist with coordination, and occasionally operate equipment.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the Foreman to keep projects on track
- Perform carpentry tasks during all phases of new builds
- Assist with subcontractor coordination as needed
- Operate equipment occasionally (forklift, skid steer, scissor lift, boom lift)
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Experience with commercial construction and new builds
- Certification from CITC or union apprenticeship (preferred, not required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred, not required)
- Self‑starters who take initiative
- Quick learners ready to adapt
- High integrity individuals
- Strong team players who lead by example
- Willingness to jump in and get the job done

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
