Lead Carpenter - Commercial Construction

Location:

Denver Metro area (projects in Mead and Colorado Springs). Job Type: Full-Time.

We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team on commercial construction projects. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with the Foreman, supporting all phases of new build projects. You’ll wear tools, assist with coordination, and occasionally operate equipment.

• Work alongside the Foreman to keep projects on track
• Perform carpentry tasks during all phases of new builds
• Assist with subcontractor coordination as needed
• Operate equipment occasionally (forklift, skid steer, scissor lift, boom lift)
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met

• Experience with commercial construction and new builds
• Certification from CITC or union apprenticeship (preferred, not required)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred, not required)

• Self‑starters who take initiative

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
