Remote Contract Title Processor (Montana Licensed)

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable, and knowledgeable title professional to assist our team on a contract basis. You will work closely with our processors, attorneys, real estate partners, and lenders to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Even if you are currently employed full‑time with another title company, we are open to hiring you as an additional contract processor. Your current employment does not disqualify you, as long as contract work is permitted by your employer.

• End‑to‑end title processing for Montana files
• Ordering, reviewing, and clearing title
• Coordinating with HOAs, lien search companies, lenders, and agents
• Preparing CDs, settlement statements, and closing documents
• Managing tasks and communication within Qualia
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery for all files
• Providing exceptional communication and customer service

• Montana Title License required
• Minimum 2+ years of title processing experience
• Strong working knowledge of Qualia
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and problem‑solve
• Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating digitally
