Operations & Trade Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Trade Support Associate to join our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of physical commodity transactions and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a keen eye for detail.

• Accurately record and input customer orders, shipping details, and trade-related data.
• Manage logistics and scheduling of shipments, both domestic and international, to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with storage facilities and transport providers to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and storage facility representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring order fulfillment and addressing inquiries proactively.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in trade operations, logistics, finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) or similar tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.

• Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations are a plus.

• Competitive salary range of $52,000–$75,000, based on experience.
