Job Description:
A leading outpatient endocrinology practice is seeking a caring and motivated Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join their team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to focus exclusively on outpatient endocrinology while working alongside experienced endocrinologists and endocrine-trained providers.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient endocrinology (diabetes, thyroid, metabolism, osteoporosis)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PAs, CDEs, nutritionists, and phlebotomists

• In-office ultrasound and bone density equipment

• No hospital rounds or weekend shifts

• Personalized and negotiable scheduling options

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive endocrine care to a diverse patient population

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits

• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients on conditions and long-term management strategies

• Document all patient encounters using the EMR system

• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the practice

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Endocrinology

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Strong clinical knowledge and interest in outpatient endocrine care

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
