We are a large, fast-growing multidisciplinary musculoskeletal and performance‑medicine group with multiple outpatient offices across NJ and NYC. Our team includes anesthesia‑trained pain physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic specialists, PAs, and a highly skilled clinical support team. We combine interventional pain management, physical medicine & rehabilitation, advanced diagnostics, and minimally invasive procedures to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Physiatrist / Interventional Pain Management Specialist to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate is skilled in interventional procedures, comfortable practicing across multiple office locations, and committed to excellent patient care. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and have access to advanced equipment, a high‑volume referral base, and strong administrative support.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spine conditions
- Provide interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Medial branch blocks
- Radio frequency ablations
- Joint and bursal injections
- Trigger point injections
- Regenerative medicine (PRP, if applicable)
- Collaborate with other physicians, PAs, and clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans
- Interpret imaging and diagnostics (X‑ray, MRI, EMG/NCS if applicable)
- Document encounters accurately and completely in the EMR
- Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions as needed
- Rotate between multiple office locations (NYC + North Jersey) based on schedule
- MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in PM&R and/or Pain Management
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in both New York and New Jersey
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management strongly preferred
- Strong procedural skill set and comfort with outpatient interventional care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
