School Psychologist

Our client is seeking School Psychologists for Bergen County. Starting at $62/hr.

• Strong understanding of child development and psychological theories
• Expertise in conducting psycho educational assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based interventions
• Crisis intervention and management skills
• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to student privacy and confidentiality

• Minimum of a Master's Degree
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
• NJ State Certifications
• Experience treating young adult populations
• Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
• School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
• Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
• Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
• Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints.
