As Dealership Greeter
, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and prompt assistance. You’ll help maintain an organized vehicle flow and support the dealership’s customer experience goals.
- Welcome every guest with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers by opening doors and offering help with packages or umbrellas
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following all dealership and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
- Adhere to company safety protocols, including the Think Safe program
- Properly handle keys, valet tickets, and dealership property
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to provide outstanding service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License held for at least 2 years
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations
- Must be 18 years or older (as required by insurance policies)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to bend, crouch, and enter/exit vehicles multiple times per shift
- Lift and push up to 25 pounds as needed
- Maintain focus and awareness in a fast-paced environment
- Work will take place in both indoor and outdoor setting
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind
