Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and performing Nuclear Medicine procedures, including patient preparation, isotope handling, equipment operation, image processing, and quality control. Ensures patient safety and comfort, maintains accurate records, and supports departmental operations including scheduling and on-call coverage. May work across multiple locations. This position is geared towards Nuclear Cardiology and general Nuclear Medicine. Dual license in CT is optional but preferred.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Minimum of one year of recent Nuclear Medicine Tech experience; general and cardiology skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Technical schooling required. - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine.
- Must be ARRT registered or CNMT certified and hold current NJ State Radiology License.
- ACR CT Certification is preferred to operate the SPECT/CT.
- IV certification is preferred.
- Current and active (CPR) certification.
- Maintains compliance with CE and license in good standing.
