Job Summary

Medical Receptionist supports a fast‑paced, multispecialty practice specializing in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. This role is responsible for managing a high‑volume of front office operations, including greeting and registering patients, coordinating appointment schedules across 14 providers, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position also assists with patient flow by supporting smooth and accurate communication between providers, clinical staff, and patients.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task in a demanding environment, and committed to delivering professional, timely, and patient‑centered service.

Job Essentials
  • Medical office experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
