Travel EVS/Housekeeping Manager – Englewood, NJ

Salary: $64,350 – $66,300 per year

Job Summary: The manager will oversee operations in Medical Office Buildings (MOBs), ensuring reliable transportation and high‑quality environmental services. You will coordinate teams, liaise with administration, and maintain top‑level service standards.

• Establish and annually review staff standards and work procedures.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate service delivery.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
• Orchestrate staff orientation, development, and performance supervision.
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend improvements to the facility.
• Prepare monthly reports on goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and continuous training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services such as pest control, window cleaning, solid waste, document destruction, and recycling programs.

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer/client‑facing service role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, establish priorities, and maintain organization under change.
• Initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
