Complete Care at Inglemoor is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at our 62‑bed skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a hands‑on nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and clinical excellence in a smaller, team‑oriented environment.

• Oversee all nursing services to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Maintain survey readiness and support quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor clinical documentation, care planning, and outcomes
• Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Address resident and family concerns professionally and compassionately

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Prior Director of Nursing experience or strong Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Solid knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to support staff on the floor when needed
