The Shirvan Family Live Well Center, located in downtown Englewood, will provide programming, education and hands‑on experience to members of the community  Prep Cook will serve as a valued resource in assisting the chef with daily food preparation, kitchen operations and administrative duties. The prep cook will provide hands‑on support including food preparation, room assembly and break down for group demonstrations and community programs.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Proven experience and knowledge of culinary skills and practices.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes for cooking preparation requirements or requests.
• Possesses proper working knowledge of food handling, storage and sanitation regulations.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
