Skills:

* ** Low-Code System Implementation Experience (Mandatory)** (e.g.,
* Out Systems, Mendix, Appian, Service Now, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, etc.)
** Project Manager/Management Experience (Preferred)
* Outsystems Certificate(s) holder will be highly desirable
* Building Agentic AI systems experience
* Preferably Bilingual (English, Korean), not mandatory

* Job Description:

*** Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Out Systems platform to support the deployment of the new CS system
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
* Implement best practices for application development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Out Systems applications
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to quality standards
* No limitation to the scope and services PI provides to the company in its efforts to become Best in Class with premium systems and optimum processes to support its advancement
*** Qualifications
* ** Hands-on experience in low-code development platforms
* Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable and secure applications tailored to enterprise-level requirements
* Proficiency in integrating Out Systems with third-party systems, APIs, and databases
* Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced project environments
* Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
** Preferred Skills and Certifications
*** Outsystems Certificate(s) holder will be highly desirable
* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent experience in project management
