• Supervise and direct technical and lab support teams
• Communicate clearly about work assignments, workflow efficiency, and staff responsibilities
• Maintain technical competency, perform bench duties, and cover weekend/holiday shifts as needed
• Mentor and develop staff, manage compliance activities, and ensure timely completion of company documents
• Participate in teaching, oversee professional development of technical staff, and actively promote a culture of safety within the department

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Medical Laboratory Science (MLT/MT) with ASCP certification
• Experience in roles with progressively increasing responsibility in a medical laboratory environment
• Flexible with their work schedule to accommodate meetings and interactions with employees who work during the second and third shifts
