Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successfully complete the State CNA/STNA course; maintain certification.
