MTX Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant who will lead the enterprise-wide business architecture and transformation initiatives, aligning business strategy, capabilities, processes, data, and technology with organizational objectives. This role will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, optimize operating models, address cross-functional dependencies, and drive measurable business outcomes through effective architecture, governance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Consultant is expected to develop and drive business architecture strategies aligned with client objectives, enabling enterprise-wide transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainable business outcomes while executing the following responsibilities:

1. Business Architecture and Strategy Alignment:

Develop business architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives, business priorities, and long-term transformation goals.
Translate strategic and tactical business objectives into measurable outcomes, performance metrics, and governance frameworks.
Apply structured business architecture methodologies to define and document enterprise capabilities, processes, organizational structures, and their interrelationships.
Develop business architecture models and strategic roadmaps to support business transformation and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to align business strategy, operating models, and technology solutions to drive business value.

2. Business Process Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, including stakeholders, resources, controls, dependencies, and interactions with external entities and systems.
Map core business functions across customer-facing, supplier-related, operational, and management activities.
Identify process inefficiencies, organizational gaps, redundancies, and cross-functional dependencies, recommending actionable improvements.
Define and maintain business process models to improve operational effectiveness, standardization, and governance.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate process improvement opportunities into practical implementation plans.

3. Enterprise Capability and Organizational Mapping:

Define and maintain enterprise capability models to establish a clear understanding of business functions and their contribution to strategic objectives.
Map relationships among business capabilities, organizational units, roles, and responsibilities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Assess organizational structures, business interactions, and operating models to support enterprise-wide alignment.
Identify dependencies across business functions and recommend approaches to improve collaboration, accountability, and execution.
Support the development of target-state business architecture models and transition roadmaps.

4. Enterprise Data and Governance:

Define enterprise data requirements, shared data entities, and relationships to support business processes and effective decision-making.
Analyze how business capabilities and processes interact with enterprise data, systems, and technology platforms.
Establish and document business architecture governance frameworks, standards, and principles to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise objectives.
Collaborate with data, technology, and business stakeholders to identify data-related gaps and opportunities for improved integration and utilization.
Ensure business architecture deliverables support business requirements, governance needs, and measurable business outcomes.

5. Stakeholder Management and

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Engage with senior business leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams to understand business priorities, challenges, and transformation requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather requirements, validate architecture models, and build consensus on proposed solutions.
Communicate complex business architecture concepts, dependencies, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
Influence stakeholders across organizational levels to drive alignment between business strategy, processes, data, and technology initiatives.
Manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
