🏥 We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a dynamic healthcare team in Jay, Oklahoma. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic care management.
📍 Location: Jay, OK
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Flexibility required for nights, weekends, and holidays)
👨⚕️ Position: Level 1 Physician – Primary Care
✅ Examine, diagnose, and treat patients
✅ Obtain and review medical histories
✅ Prescribe medications and treatment plans
✅ Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✅ Deliver high-quality patient-centered care
✅ Maintain accurate medical documentation

Requirements✔ Board Certified Physician (BC)
✔ Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
✔ Active Oklahoma License OR Active IMLC with OK licensure application submitted at presentation
✔ BLS Certification
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ PALS Certification
✔ Comfortable treating patients of all ages
✔ Ability to see approximately 2.5–3 patients per hour
✔ OBDNN Required
✔ NPDB Required
✔ Malpractice Disclosure Required
✔ Attestation Required
