Oak View Group - Stride Bank Center [Kitchen Manager / Catering Supervisor] As a Food & Beverage Manager at Oak View Group, you'll:
Manage all aspects of Catering and Concessions Food and Beverage operations;
Ensure legal, efficient, professional and profitable operation of the venue;
Generate and review financial reports;
Oversee the serving of meals to guests or direct guests to the buffet line;
Be responsible for executing all directives stated in all Banquet Event Orders;
Complete and update administrative paperwork associated with events, i.e. diagrams, timelines and side-work assignments.
