We are seeking a Co-Manager Trainee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant operations team.

• Candidate MUST live in the Enid, OK area.

• Supervise team of quick service restaurant team members
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Efficiently perform opening/closing duties during shift
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure efficient customer service

• Previous experience (1 year or more) as restaurant assistant manager
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to multi-task
• Must have basic math skills
• Computer skills needed

The right candidate will spend a period of 6 months to a year working with a certified general manager with the goal of becoming a general manager.

Background checks are required.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for 7-10 hours at a time.
