Welder​/Fabricator

Job Title: Welder/Fabricator Location: Enid, OK Company: Spenco Metal Work Pay: Based on experience and ability Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Spenco Metal Work is a locally owned and operated shop specializing in quality metal fabrication and welding services. We take pride in producing durable, precise work for our clients, and we’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team.

The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for reading blueprints, fabricating metal components, welding various metals, and ensuring projects meet company standards. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components
• Measure and inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
• 1–2 years welding/fabrication experience preferred (will consider entry-level with strong skills)
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding; TIG proficiency preferred, not required
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and good work ethic
• Must be team-oriented and work with a good attitude; learning mindset
