About the Role: Leads are what keep our firm running and our CMO manages the flow. You will be responsible for our SEM, SEO, local listings, reviews, and content. We have a talented Marketing Coordinator that you will work closely with and who is adept at most of these job functions described below. You will also work closely with our intake team, so the leads quickly and efficiently become consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Lead Generation: Monitor our established lead generation to maximize qualified leads with consistent cost per lead.
• Google Ads: Review search term reports weekly and watch spend closely, while testing new ideas.
• SEO: Grow and protect our Authority Score.
• Google Business Profiles: With our Marketing Coordinator post weekly in every market, and have profiles set up before we open a new one.
• Reviews: Keep our average rating high and bring in new reviews.
• Backlinks and PR: Through services like Podmatch and HARO land podcast appearances and quotes opportunities for our CEO to earn backlinks links from reputable sites.
• Website and Content: With our Marketing Coordinator publish new pages and blog posts on a regular schedule using services like Surfer SEO and coordinate the with our team for content ideas.
• Website upkeep: With our Marketing Coordinator add new hires promptly and build market landing pages before launch.
• Online presence: Run a weekly website audit, and keep firm and attorney profiles current on Linked In, Avvo, Super Lawyers, , BBB, and other directories.
• Reporting: Deliver a leads and conversions report before each marketing meeting.
• Client follow-up: Keep our automated client satisfaction survey running in Keap, and prompt attorneys to reach out to past clients every six months.
• Intake: Work with our intake team so new leads reach an attorney by phone right away.

What success looks like:

• More than one qualified lead per attorney per business day in each market, with less than 10% variation in cost per lead.
• Maintain our Authority Score at 35.
• Keep our Google review average above 4.8 in each market and get 2 new reviews per market each month.
• Post 12 new website content pages each month and 1 blog post each week.
• Get our CEO 2 podcast appearances and 4 expert quotes submission each month.
• 8 new follow backlinks each month from sites with an authority score above 15.
• Do a weekly Google Business Profile post in every market.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO, including search term analysis and tools like Semrush or Ahrefs
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Strong writing skills, and adeptness turning attorneys’ knowledge into publishable content.
• Organization and follow-through, since much of this role is weekly routines and deadlines.
• The ability to work with attorneys and busy professionals who don’t always have time for marketing.
• Experience with Keap or a similar CRM preferred.
• Experience in legal marketing or another multi-location service business preferred.
