Young Marrieds Outreach Pastor
OVERVIEWThe Young Marrieds Pastor will provide pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership for young families while overseeing outreach initiatives that engage the local community. This role focuses on spiritual growth, relationship-building, and evangelism, ensuring that young couples thrive in their faith and that the church actively reaches those outside its walls.

Mature Christian / Church Member - Minimum Maturity Level: Stable, Mature Disciple
- Education Preferred: 30 credits in Biblical Studies/Theology
- Spiritual Gifts:
Evangelism, Administration, Hospitality, Leadership, Shepherding - Heart For:
Evangelism, Discipleship, Young Marrieds - Personality Traits:
Relationship oriented (High I) - Experience:
Previous volunteer work in a local church - Length of Service Commitment: 2 Years

- Demonstrated success working with young marrieds
- Ministry/preparing: 20 hrs. per week
- Participation in meetings/training: included in above
- Develop and implement strategic outreach programs to engage young families.
- Partner with local organizations to address needs of young families.
- Organize outreach events and in-reach ministries geared to engage young families.
- Assist with efforts to welcome and integrate young families into the church family.
- Offer premarital counseling and support for couples navigating challenges.
- Provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and pastoral care for young families.
- Organize Bible studies, marriage seminars, and workshops to strengthen family relationships.
- Integrate marriage and family life into the broader vision of the church.
