Registered Nurse – PCCU (Full-Time Day Shift)
We are seeking a highly skilled RN to join our team y's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK. The RN will provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations in a 229‑bed acute care hospital, offering a range of specialties including Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, and more.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN has multiple roles and functions including caregiver, decision‑maker, client advocate, manager, rehabilitator, comforter, communicator, and teacher. Key duties include:
- Assessment of nursing needs, initiation, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan using the nursing process.
- Promoting the dignity and quality of nursing care.
- Involving the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
- Constructing and implementing the plan of care, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnosis and comorbidities.
- Coordinating the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
- Developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
- Collaborating with the patient’s designated care partner to meet the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient.

Qualifications- Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
- ADN required, BSN preferred.
- CCRN preferred.
- BLS required.
- ALS required within 6 months of employment on PCCU. New grads have up to 6 months after completing department orientation.
- PALS certification preferred.
- Experience preferred.
