Floater​/Standby CNA Caregiver

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as an On-Call Guaranteed Pay Caregiver. This role offers the security of guaranteed weekly pay while giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain valuable experience.

The On-Call Guaranteed Pay CNA ensures they are available and ready to accept assignments during their guaranteed hours. Whether you are actively providing care or not assigned to a client, you’ll still receive pay for your guaranteed schedule.

This role is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, reliable, and passionate about providing the best possible care to our clients.

• Guaranteed weekly pay
  30 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate, paid even if no shift is assigned ($16-$18/hr)

• Remain available and ready to accept client assignments during guaranteed hours
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
• Communicate effectively with the office regarding schedule, availability, and client updates
• Be prepared to work with a variety of clients and adapt to changing needs

• Active CNA certification in Oklahoma
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 6 months of private duty homecare experience required
• Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the coverage area
• Flexible and adaptable to client needs and changing schedules
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference checks
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
