The RN performs assessment, planning, and evaluation, acting as caregiver, advocate, and educator within the nursing process framework.
Qualifications include Oklahoma RN licensure, ADN with BSN preferred, BLS, and ALS within 3 months. NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days is required; computer skills are expected.
