The Apparel Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the apparel department. This includes managing apparel associates, ensuring that customer service standards are met, supervising inventory restocking, maintaining merchandise displays, and upholding Walmart’s quality and safety standards.

• Lead and train apparel associates to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and properly organized throughout the day.
• Coordinate incoming merchandise to keep the sales floor stocked and ready for customers.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, customer feedback, and employee compliance.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and drug‑free workplace standards.

• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

  Up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
