• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long‑standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits to the customer.
• Maintain measurable goals: units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), item add‑ons and customer information capture rates.
• Stay informed on current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, sales set up and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise, monitoring and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws and company policies, procedures and practices.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
