Sales Team Leader – Alleviation Enterprise LLC

Salary RangeBase pay: $88,000 – $108,000 per year (depending on skills and experience).
Job OverviewThis role involves leading direct sales efforts in a designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. You will promote supplemental insurance products and services to business owners, benefits managers, and employees, including occasional presentations to groups of 50–100+.
Responsibilities- Lead direct sales activities and achieve sales targets.
- Mentor and train new team members.
- Balance sales goals with training and mentorship efforts.
- Strong communication skills with customers and sales staff.
- Leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to motivate others.
- Effective training skills.
- Product knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pass a high-level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the resident state (or willing to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years post‑high school work experience.

- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle – 3 business days).
