Sales Team Leader – Alleviation Enterprise LLC

Join Alleviation Enterprise LLC as a Sales Team Leader. This role requires a standout performer who can lead by example and help others grow personally and professionally.

Salary Range

Base pay: $88,000 – $108,000 per year (depending on skills and experience).

Job Overview

This role involves leading direct sales efforts in a designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. You will promote supplemental insurance products and services to business owners, benefits managers, and employees, including occasional presentations to groups of 50–100+.

Responsibilities
  • Lead direct sales activities and achieve sales targets.
  • Mentor and train new team members.
  • Balance sales goals with training and mentorship efforts.

  • Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
