Chisholm Trail Milling | Enid, Oklahoma
Position OverviewChisholm Trail Milling is looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to grow customer relationships, manage orders, and support day-to-day sales and marketing. This is a hands-on position combining sales, customer service, order fulfillment, inventory, and marketing support. Approximately 1 day per week will be spent in the field/market, with the remaining time in the Enid office. Statewide travel is expected.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Relations- Build relationships with retail, wholesale, bakery, restaurant, and other customers.
- Conduct sales outreach and follow up with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate samples, customer inquiries, and product information.
- Monitor and process online orders, payments, invoices, and customer communication.
- Pull and pack orders for shipping, markets, distribution centers, and local delivery.
- Prepare shipping labels and paperwork and ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.
- Coordinate statewide delivery orders.
- Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to the milling team.
- Keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate in Square.
- Manage Chisholm Trail Milling's Facebook and Instagram accounts and Linked In presence.
- Support basic content planning and posting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Friendly and confident communicating with customers.
- Comfortable with sales, social media, and online platforms.
- Able to work independently in a hands-on environment.
- Willing to travel throughout Oklahoma.
- Specialty consideration given to those with a milling, agriculture, or culinary background.
Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator Chisholm Trail Milling | Enid, Oklahoma
Schedule- Part-time:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - Approximately 3-4 days per month dedicated to field sales, markets, and customer visits
- Remaining work time spent in the Enid office
- Statewide travel required, with occasional evening and weekend commitments for markets and events
