Seeking a B2B Sales Representative to generate new business within a designated territory by prospecting, closing complex contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Conduct on-site assessments and deliver presentations for uniform rental, facility, and service programs
- Develop customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
- Achieve or surpass sales quotas regularly
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle; adherence to auto insurance requirements for business use
