• Be the friendly face and skilled hands that keep homes and businesses secure and functioning.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction – empathy, communication, and professionalism are key.
• Document your work with notes, diagrams, and photos to support team efficiency and future visits.
• Inspect and ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations.
• Identify opportunities to recommend helpful upgrades and services (no pushy sales – just solutions).
• Collaborate with teammates and coordinate using tools like Service Titan.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in garage door systems is a plus; training available for the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand tools with confidence.
• Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication instincts.
• Organized, positive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
