Position: Employment & Training Support Professional 1 – Part Time

Location: Enid, Ok

Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week

Schedule: Varied week day hours

• The Support Professional provides orientation, training, and supervision of individual members in the program by implementing employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assure jobs are performed to specifications. Assists members with setting and achieving goals, monitors progress, and provides person centered services. Fosters positive relationships with all stakeholders through information, education, and advocacy.

• High School diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience required; an Associate's degree and 1 year of related experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in working with people with disabilities is required.
• Must be willing to transport program participants to and from training centers, including multiple participants at a time
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.
• Ability to use computers including various Microsoft systems and email.
• Basic computer skills with a minimum knowledge of Word and Excel
