We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Team Lead and grow into a greater opportunity with United PF. The Team Lead will be responsible for assisting in oversight of club operations to ensure members have an exceptional experience in the Judgement Free Zone. • Assists in maintaining a welcoming environment for members, potential members, and other guests by ensuring teammates provide outstanding member service
• Supports training with direction and guidance from Club Manager of teammates for member service, fitness trainer, and overnight positions in conjunction with the Club Manager or Assistant Manager
• Assists with administrative tasks related to Club Manager and Assistant Manager job functions
• Provides backup support to Club Manager as needed to serve as the manager on duty
• Resolves member and teammate issues or concerns.
• You will inspire teammates to deliver +1% service to build Raving Fans and operational excellence
• Able to be a member champion of the club and support all member desk related activities to include:
  • Key holder
  • Check members into the system
  • New member sign‑up
  • Prospective member tours
  • Report concerns with club equipment
• Supports cleanliness standards to enhance the member experience
• Assist in ordering of supplies using specific budget based on club requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care and awareness
• Self‑starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members
• Great listener with the ability to problem solve
• Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
